1. Who we are

Spillr is a service by D. Kortekaas, based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at privacy@spillr.io.

2. What data we collect

• Account data — email address and name collected at sign-up via GitHub OAuth.
• Usage data — token counts, costs per feature label, and timestamps of API calls. We never store the content of prompts or responses.
• Analytics data — anonymised website visits via Google Analytics (only with your consent).

3. Google Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (tag G-0K17YVL291) to understand how visitors use the website. IP anonymisation is enabled. Google processes this data as a processor on our behalf under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies or via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Performance of contract (account data & usage data).
• Consent (Google Analytics).

5. Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Usage data is kept for a maximum of 90 days. Analytics data is automatically deleted by Google after 14 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Send a request to privacy@spillr.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. For material changes you will receive a notification via the dashboard or email.
